1. How do I play?
Each level hides a footballer's surname. You have six tries to guess it — after every guess, the letters show whether they're in the name and in the right place. Footle has 150 levels to work through.
2. Can I get my progress back after reinstalling?
Unfortunately not. Footle has no accounts, so your level progress, coins, hints, and statistics are stored only on your device. Deleting the App or moving to a new device starts you from scratch, and we have no copy we could restore.
3. I watched an ad but didn't get my reward
Rewards from ads (coins or a new attempt at a level) are granted only after the ad has been watched to the end. If you closed the ad early, or it failed to load, no reward is given. If it keeps happening, check your connection and email us with your device model.
4. How do I change my ad and tracking choices?
Where available, open Settings → Privacy choices in the App to change your ad consent. On iPhone and iPad, you can also allow or block tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
5. How do I turn the daily reminder on or off?
Open Settings → Daily reminder in the App, or turn off notifications for Footle in your device's notification settings.
6. Can I make the game easier to see or harder to play?
Yes. The App's Settings include high contrast colours, hard mode, and haptics, so you can tune Footle to how you like to play.
7. A player's details look wrong
