These terms cover your use of Footle, the football Wordle by DAVI Games. Short version: play and enjoy it, coins are just for fun and have no real-world value, and the player names are trivia — we're not connected to any club or player.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Footle (the ‘App’), operated by DAVI Games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or otherwise misuse the App, and not to interfere with its ads or reward system.
3. Coins and rewards
Coins are a virtual in-game currency with no real-world value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, and they are stored only on your device, so they may be lost if the App is deleted. Rewards from ads (coins or a new attempt at a level) are granted only after the ad has been watched to the end.
4. Advertising
The App contains third-party ads served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for the products and services they promote. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Player names
Player names, clubs, nationalities, and positions are used for trivia purposes only. Footle is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any player, club, league, or federation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Changes and availability
We may update the App, its levels, features, or these terms at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the ‘Last updated’ date above when these terms change.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DAVI Games is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of progress, coins, or data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
